Esmaeil is an experienced and highly skilled trial and appellate lawyer, regularly appearing at all levels of Courts in Ontario. He has been counsel on numerous civil and criminal trials and has represented clients in jury trials facing serious criminal charges.
Esmaeil was called to the Bar in 2011 after articling for a large national firm. He has a Juris Doctor from the University Of Windsor Faculty Of Law and a Bachelor of Medical Sciences from the University of Western Ontario.
Esmaeil has been an instructor for the trial advocacy Course at Osgoode Hall Law School. He is also a member of Law Society of Ontario and Criminal Lawyers Association.
Stephanie joined Mehrabi Law Office as an articling student in 2023, and returned as an associate in 2025. In her time with the firm Stephanie has worked on a wide range of criminal, civil, and commercial litigation matters. She is a fierce advocate who approaches each case with high efficiency and focus.
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Laws at City, University of London, followed by a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Prior to her legal studies, Stephanie graduated from Ryerson University (now, Toronto Metropolitan University) with a Bachelor of Commerce where she majored in Law and Business.
